About Frank
Turney
Frank has been an advocate of Jury Nullification for 20 years. 10 years
ago, Frank was the
first person ever charged for handing out the 1-800-tel-jury phone
number. He was convicted
for 3 felonies, simply for handing out this phone number to Jurors. Our
founding fathers
gave us trial by jury as a check and balance on government. This is
true if the laws come
from Congress or from our own state legislature. The jury has a right
to judge the both laws
and facts, in order to make a moral decision before they
render the verdict of
guilty
or not guilty.
Our third President, Thomas Jefferson said: 'I consider trial by jury
as the only anchor yet
imagined by man by which a government can be held to
the principals of the constitution'.
John Adams said, 'It is not only his right, but his duty... to find the
verdict according to his
own best understanding, judgment, and conscience, though in direct
opposition to the
direction of the court.'
Mr. Turney is a solid citizen, and is involved in community affairs.
Frank is an avid student of
the U. S. Constitution, and understands it exists to protect the
citizens from governmental abuse.
Frank Turney is a relentless watchdog, and with all the corruption in
Juneau these days we need
somebody down there to protect our rights and to promote the best
interest of the people.

Judges do NOT want you to know about your
Jury Rights! All Frank did was to hand out the 1-800-TEL-JURY phone
number to prospective jurors. Frank was later charged with "jury
tampering".
In 1998, he was convicted of three felonies.
Clearly, Frank Turney Believes in the
Constitution! Actions speak louder than words.
Frank will stand up for what he believes in - Even if it
means
going to Jail!.
